Fixed Issues

  • This version of Commerce Server is current with all hotfixes issued since CS2009R2RTM.

Known Issues

The following are known issues for the Commerce Server 10 November release preview:

Configuration Wizard fails when UAC is enabled

If the User Account Control (UAC) is enabled, and you attempt to run the Commerce Server 10 Configuration Wizard from outside of setup, the Configuration Wizard will immediately fail.

The message will indicate that the user needs administrative privileges. This message appears even if the user has administrative privileges.

To resolve this issue, do one of the following:

  • Disable UAC prior to running the Configuration Wizard.

  • Only run the Configuration Wizard from the installer.

Server Error in '/CSharpSite' Application

A known issue exists where the systems may issue a Server Error in '/CSharpSite' Application message following an install.

The error is caused by using one of the following deprecated authentication methods:

  • CommerceDirectMailerAuthenticationModule

  • CommerceAuthenticationModule

  • CommerceDataWarehouseAuthenticationModule

To correct the error:

  • remove the HttpModule from your web.config, if possible

  • Upgrade to a different authentication method such as: .Net Authentication, or oAuth.
